Therapist Application Questionnaire
We’re looking for new team members to join our new mental health practice and become a part of our community!
First, a little bit about VIVA Therapy:
VIVA Therapy is a clinician-focused, woman, lesbian owned group online private practice based in Cambridge UK and we’re on a mission to create a therapy practice that promotes the wellness and empowerment of both our clients and our therapists.
We are committed to breaking the stigma surrounding mental health by fostering awareness, acceptance, and meaningful change.
Our practice exists to empower our clients to embrace and trust their authentic selves—helping them create the life they want and deserve. And just as we support our clients in their journeys, we collaborate as therapists to uplift and inspire one another, ensuring that growth, authenticity, and connection are at the heart of everything we do.
This is Important to Us:
It is important that our therapists align with the mission and values of VIVA Therapy. We believe in creating the best atmosphere for our clients and therapists, and we want to help you thrive, but we need you to be on board too so that we can create a team committed to empowering clients and colleagues alike.
Our Values:
VIVA Therapy lives by values that guide who we are as a team and how we present to our communities. We work with therapists who bring these values to life.
-
Creating strong relationships: Meaningful relationships is a basic need for everyone, so we believe in building relationships within our community and helping our clients do the same, to create those strong support networks we all need.
-
Serving the community: It is our goal to reach more people and provide psychoeducation through carrying out work on workshops, vlogs and blogs to reach our various communities.
-
Promoting inclusion: Our clients are diverse and so we must each endeavour to raise our awareness of another person’s needs. We promote diversity, equity and inclusivity, in both our culture and in our practice.
As a practice, VIVA Therapy wants to invest in your success as a therapist, and empower you to make a difference for your clients!
