A bit about me
Hi, I’m Kelly, a qualified Gestalt counsellor. I believe therapy can be a validating—and even uplifting—experience. It’s not always heavy; there’s space for humour, creativity, and celebrating your wins along the way. I work in a way that’s responsive to you, valuing your pace, your communication style, and your individuality.
I offer a warm, supportive space where you can feel seen and heard, without judgement or pressure, where you can reflect and talk about anything you feel might be holding you back or weighing you down. I work with people who are struggling with stress, depression, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, work-related stress.
I also work with women who have received a late diagnosis of autism. I aim to create a compassionate, inclusive, collaborative space where people feel seen, heard, and understood.
Together, we'll explore how you relate to yourself, others, and the world around you. Using Gestalt and Person-Centred therapy, I will help you build self-awareness, connect with your emotions, and develop tools that genuinely work for you. Sessions are led by what you bring, and we will use creativity and conversation to access what feels just out of reach within you. Clients who have worked with me say they feel more grounded, more trusting of themselves, and more hopeful.
