If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, low in energy from chronic stress or illness, or stuck in a cycle of worry and sadness, I would love to work with you.

I specialise in helping those who are tired of holding everything in and just want a space to exhale—somewhere you can truly be yourself and feel understood without judgement.

My Story

Hi, I’m Kelly, a qualified Gestalt counsellor. I believe therapy can be a validating—and even uplifting—experience. It’s not always heavy; there’s space for humour, creativity, and celebrating your wins along the way. I work in a way that’s responsive to you, valuing your pace, your communication style, and your individuality.

There was a time in my life when I felt overwhelmed and anxious, struggling to care for myself while meeting everyone else’s needs. I reached a point where I knew something had to change—I didn’t want to just get through life, I wanted to enjoy it. Attending a CBT course helped me recognise unhelpful thinking habits and gave me practical tools like positive affirmations and visual schedules that I still use today. I later had a powerful experience of one-to-one therapy online, which deepened my understanding of how supportive and transformative this space can be. It also sparked my passion for accessible, high-quality therapy that meets people where they are.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked in support roles with people with special needs. That experience gave me a deep respect for different ways of being and expressing, and it still shapes how I work—with empathy, patience, and curiosity. I bring warmth and attentiveness into the therapy room and feel privileged to walk alongside each person on their journey.

How I Can Help

Why choose me as your counsellor?

Looking for the right therapist can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re already struggling. I aim to make this process as welcoming and straightforward as possible. If you're feeling burnt out, anxious, stressed, depressed, or simply stuck, you're not alone—and you don't have to go through it alone. I also have experience working with neurodivergence, particularly with women who have received a late diagnosis.  I offer a warm, supportive space where you can feel seen and heard, without judgement or pressure.

What will therapy with me be like?

Together, we'll explore how you relate to yourself, others, and the world around you. Using Gestalt and Person-Centred therapy, I help you build self-awareness, connect with your emotions, and develop tools that genuinely work for you. Sessions are led by what you bring, and we might use creativity, dialogue, reflection—or even silence—to access what feels just out of reach. Clients often say they come away feeling more grounded, more trusting of themselves, and more hopeful.

Ready to Make a Change?

If this sounds like the kind of support you’re looking for, I’d love to hear from you.

Book your first session today and take that empowering step toward feeling more grounded, confident, in control and connected to who you really are.  I can’t wait to hear from you! Connect with me today!

Warm wishes,

Kelly
