VIVA Therapy Is For You
VIVA Therapy was created to make high-quality therapy more accessible—especially for people from neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ communities, who are often underserved in mental health care.
We offer professional, flexible, and affordable therapy online, making it easy to access support from wherever you are. Because we know the therapist–client relationship is key to effective therapy, we prioritise helping you find the right therapist to suit your needs.
Our approach is grounded in acceptance, understanding, and empowerment. We support individuals and couples to explore who they are, strengthen their sense of self, and build healthier relationships with those around them.
All VIVA therapists are neuro-affirmative and LGBTQIA+ affirmative. We are committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive space where clients feel seen, respected, and supported 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️

What our clients say about us

Client, LG
Anne helped me through a really tough and turbulent time in my life. Working with her gave me the confidence and stability I’d been missing, and for the first time, I started to see how parts of my past were holding me back.

Client, DB
At a very difficult time in my life I was advised to speak to Anne. She listened but didn’t judge. Instead she helped me to recognise and rationalise my feelings. I felt she had empathy and a clear understanding of me as a person. My time with her enabled me to move forward with a greater understanding of myself and my challenges. It gave me the emotional strength to address them with confidence.

Client, C
I was feeling lost and overwhelmed, but Alex helped me navigate my emotions with kindness and patience. Her support has given me hope, and I now have the tools to manage my mental health in a way I never thought possible.
