Our Therapists

We are all fully qualified and experienced therapists and are BACP or NCPS registered. We know that the relationship our clients have with their therapist is the most important part of therapy – research tells us it is the biggest predictor of effective therapy – so it's really important to us that you find the right therapist for you at VIVA.​

Losing someone I loved was the hardest thing I’ve ever faced. Alex provided me with a space to grieve, process my emotions, and find a way forward without feeling alone. I’ll always be grateful for her kindness and support during such a difficult time.
