Couples Therapy
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers a confidential, supportive space to explore what’s going on for you – whether that’s anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, neurodivergence, or feeling stuck. Sessions are tailored to your needs, helping you develop insight, resilience, and practical ways of coping.

Therapy can be short- or long-term, depending on what feels right for you, and progresses at a pace that supports meaningful and lasting change.
Single Session Therapy
Couples therapy offers a supportive, structured space to explore patterns in your relationship and improve communication, understanding, and emotional connection. Sessions focus on helping you make sense of difficulties, navigate conflict more safely, and develop healthier ways of relating and repair.
We work with all couples and relationship structures, and specialise in supporting neurodiverse and LGBTQI+ couples in an affirming, non-judgemental space.
Single Session Therapy is a focused, one-off therapy session designed to help you work through a specific issue, decision, or moment you feel stuck. In one extended session, you’ll have space to explore what’s going on, gain clarity, and leave with a clearer sense of direction.
This option is ideal if you do not want ongoing therapy, are checking in after previous counselling, or need timely support for a particular challenge.
