How I can help
Are you finding it difficult to make sense of your emotions, your relationships or your place in the world?
Perhaps you're carrying the effects of difficult experiences from the past, finding yourself repeating the same relationship patterns, struggling with anxiety or low self-esteem, or simply feeling disconnected from who you are. You may have spent years putting other people's needs first, keeping your feelings hidden, or trying to cope on your own.

Whatever has brought you here, you don't have to work through it alone.

I offer a warm, accepting and confidential space where you can talk openly without fear of judgement. Together we'll explore what's happening, make sense of the experiences that have shaped you, and help you move towards a life that feels more authentic, connected and fulfilling.

I am a Person-Centred Psychotherapist working with adults aged 18 and over. My approach is compassionate, collaborative and tailored to you. I believe that every person has the capacity for growth when they feel genuinely heard, understood and accepted, and I see therapy as a place where you can begin to develop that understanding of yourself.

I have particular experience supporting people with complex trauma, difficult family relationships, anxiety around sex and intimacy, low self-esteem, and identity issues. Whether you're looking for short-term support through a specific challenge or longer-term therapy to explore deeper patterns, we'll work at a pace that feels right for you.

Working with men
I have a particular interest in supporting men who want to better understand themselves, their emotions and their relationships, while warmly welcoming clients of all genders.
Many men grow up believing they should cope alone, hide vulnerability or always appear strong. Over time, this can make it difficult to express emotions, ask for support or develop close, fulfilling relationships. Therapy offers a different experience, one where you don't have to have all the answers or carry everything by yourself.

Together we'll explore the expectations, experiences and beliefs that have shaped you, helping you develop greater emotional awareness, self-confidence and stronger connections with the people who matter most.

My approach
At the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens within a safe therapeutic relationship. Rather than offering advice or telling you how to live your life, I'll work alongside you with curiosity, empathy and respect, helping you better understand yourself and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

I am particularly interested in how our early relationships, family experiences and wider society shape the way we think, feel and relate to others. Developing this understanding often creates the opportunity for meaningful and lasting change.

Creativity and self-expression
Before becoming a psychotherapist, my background was in music and singing, and this continues to influence the way I work today.

Music taught me the importance of listening deeply, noticing not only what is spoken but also what remains unspoken. I have a particular interest in the connection between voice, breath, emotion and self-expression, recognising that many people struggle to find the words for what they truly feel.

Where appropriate, I welcome creative ways of exploring these experiences, helping you reconnect with your own voice, both literally and emotionally.

A space where all of you is welcome
Therapy isn't only about talking through difficult experiences. It's also about making room for hope, curiosity, confidence and joy.

Whether you're living with the effects of trauma, navigating difficult relationships, questioning your identity or simply wanting to understand yourself more deeply, I aim to create a space where every part of your experience is welcome.

My hope is that you'll leave therapy feeling more connected to yourself, more confident in your relationships, and better equipped to move forward with greater self-understanding and compassion.
